1. Purpose

This Compliance Policy outlines the ethical standards, legal obligations, and internal guidelines that all employees, officers, contractors, and business partners of SUNPRO APPLIED MATERIALS (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) must follow. Compliance is essential to maintaining our reputation, avoiding legal risks, and ensuring sustainable business practices in the domestic and international markets.


2. Scope

This policy applies to all operations, employees, suppliers, and representatives acting on behalf of the Company, both in China and overseas.

3.2 Ethical Business Conduct

  • Bribery, corruption, and facilitation payments are strictly prohibited.

  • Conflicts of interest must be disclosed and managed appropriately.

3.3 International Trade Compliance

  • The Company will comply with all applicable import/export controls and trade sanctions.

  • Products and technologies must not be exported or transferred in violation of Chinese or foreign trade laws.

3.4 Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

  • Employees must protect the Company’s confidential information and intellectual property, as well as those of our partners and customers.

3.5 Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)

  • The Company will maintain a safe and healthy working environment and reduce environmental impact by complying with local and international environmental standards.

3.6 Anti-Discrimination and Fair Labor

4. Reporting Violations

Employees are encouraged to report suspected violations of this policy without fear of retaliation. Reports can be made confidentially to the Compliance Officer or Human Resources.


5. Responsibilities

  • Management is responsible for promoting a culture of compliance and ensuring that this policy is implemented and updated.

  • Employees are responsible for understanding and adhering to this policy.

  • Suppliers and Partners must also comply with applicable parts of this policy through our supplier code of conduct.


6. Training and Monitoring

  • Mandatory compliance training will be conducted annually.

  • Periodic audits and assessments will be performed to ensure adherence to this policy.


7. Enforcement

Violations of this compliance policy may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or contracts, and may also lead to legal action.
